What are the benefits of Pilates?
Pilates is a series of low impact exercises that help develop strong and flexible muscles. It works your whole body without pain or strain, enabling you to exercise within your own limits and progress at your own pace. Hi I’m Marietta
I’ve been active my whole life and honestly, I thought I’d become a spin instructor shouting ‘GO FASTER!’ over pounding techno music. But that isn’t how this story goes.
Chronic back pain led me to Pilates and helped me ditch my script of ‘I have a bad back’. I became a STOTT Pilates instructor and I love helping people to live pain free and enjoy life.
And fear not! I can still work you hard with a calm tone and a mat - no shouting or techno required.

*Face to face sessions are available for people living in or close to Newham, East London. Locations I travel to include Stratford, Plaistow, Bow, Hackney Wick, West Ham, East Ham, Canning Town, Manor Park, Forest Gate, and Leyton. Sessions can be in a local park or in the comfort of your own home.
